Flexibility is important to us. We endeavour to meet the demands of our clients in the best way possible. However, it's human nature to often make plans without a clear knowledge of objectives, constraints and the uncertainty of our day-to-day lives.
We insist on our regular, long-term clients committing themselves to at least a one-month schedule. A specific day and time is set aside for each client every week of that month that guarantees a consultant is made available exclusively for that client at the prearranged time.
Specially tailored courses are subject to their own terms and conditions.

Scheduling
There should be at least one session per week, or more if deemed necessary.
In-person sessions should be at least one and a half hours long. This has been found to give the best results. One hour is possible but not recommended.
Remote sessions of one hour work well for maintaining fluency.
The schedule is held for you on a monthly basis where a fixed day and time are chosen. Changes to this schedule must be made before the last day of the preceding month. Remember that a minimum of 75% of a fixed schedule will be charged (see cancellations).
A variable schedule can be arranged upon request and will be charged at 100%. A variable schedule is a guarantee of at least one class a week, usually chosen on a week-by-week basis when a day & time convenient to both the client and consultant is agreed upon.
Cancelations
Cancelations within 24 hours are charged and only 25% of the booked hours can be canceled with more than 24 hours' notice without payment. Cancellations within 4 hours will be charged even if a replacement class is arranged. In this case, the replacement class will be considered an extra class. Extra classes and other services will be charged in addition to the booked hours.
Holidays
As long as a pre-arranged schedule is updated with your coming holidays/vacations, then the cancellation rules above are only applicable to the hours booked.
Public holidays are automatically discounted unless expressly requested by the client. It is uncommon for us NOT to have a consultant available on these days. So, please, if you would like to make a change to your schedule to benefit from any time slots made available by other clients, then do not hesitate to contact us.
